We’ve heard it all before. “It’s time for change.” “We need reform in Albany.” Like you, I’m tired and fed up of hearing the rhetoric. Like you I want results that I can see. It’s time to PUT THE PEOPLE BACK IN POLITICS. It’s time to invest in someone who has a proven track record of DELIVERING for you – all the time. Its time to reject the politics of unfulfilled promises, dashed hopes and dreams, and tinkering with our children’s future.
You know, I have been on your side all the time as you and I struggled to improve the quality of life for our families, bring real change to our communities, and protect our Second Amendment Rights. Together, we have been in the trenches, took on the tough, unpopular fights, and stood up for principle and what’s right. I’m ready to bring this experience to Albany.
In his 20 years in the New York State Senate, the present office holder talked the good talk, but he’s taken all of us for granted. While he consorted with his corrupt, self-serving and inept cronies in Albany we had to band together to deliver services and programs that kept working families in their homes, put food on their tables, and kept our children in school.
He is directly responsible for TRIPLING the size of the state’s budget and each of us is now shouldering an ever-increasing tax burden to support this reckless spending. For the past 20 years our quality of life has fallen – we are struggling just to make ends meet. Today, hardworking families are losing their homes, thousands of our young people are unemployed, and our senator remains clueless and out of touch. It is time for change. We really do need reform in Albany. And I’m going to make sure that happens. I will be YOUR VOICE in Albany working for YOU and furthering YOUR AGENDA.
We need INFORMED LEADERSHIP that is in touch with modern technology and in sync with your agenda; sensitive to your needs, and responsive to your demands. I ask for your vote on November 2, 2010. I also ask you to invest in my campaign by making a financial donation.
